What Are Chromatypes?
Chromatypes represent five distinct approaches to handling intensity, risk, speed, and debt in our interactions:
Blue - Values speed, efficiency, and forward momentum. Learning as a way to overcome limitations. Avoids debt as it hinders progress. "Move fast and break things" could be their slogan.
White - Values memory, structure, and collective well-being. Values rewarding participation and involvement in group effort. Willing to trade speed for stability and ensuring no one gets left behind.
Green - Values balance, natural cycles, and ancestral wisdom. Can be the fastest or slowest depending on the situation, focused on respect of natural processes and harmony with natural principles of growth and entropy.
Red - Values emotions as indicators of value and life, and prepares to take important immediate action when the moment necessitates it. Willing to take on debt for something important, for its own sake, even without a repayment plan.
Black - Values clear-eyed assessment of trade-offs and opportunity costs. Protects individual interests, including for others. Opportunistic, holding back when conditions aren't favorable and acting decisively when opportunity knocks.
